I am a 2004 Graduate from Eagan High School, and I recently transferred and finished my sopho of college at the University of Northern Iowa. I am pursuing an undergrad degree in Textiles/Apparel and Business Communications. I am studying to hopefully become a designer or buyer some day. However, in my spare time I enjoy working out, dancing, scrap booking, traveling, listening to music, going to the lake and spending quality time with my family and friends. I am looking forward to spending my summer as an intern here at Crutchfield Dermatology. I will be working with Phototherapy and Aramis Laser patients. It will be a fun and learning experience for me. I am also thrilled to be part of such a wonderful and friendly staff here at Crutchfield Dermatology.

I recently am returning to Crutchfield Dermatology to help out in phototherapy and in the front desk area. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Psychology. After pondering whether to further advance my studies in psychology, I have instead decided to go on to graduate school to pursue a career as a Nurse Practioner. I am hoping to resume school in the fall of 2009 somewhere in the midwest. In my spare time I enjoy going to movies, working out, being outside, and traveling. I am excited to be back working with such a friendly staff.

I was pleased to join Crutchfield Dermatology in October 2006.
Dermatology has always interested me with my own experiences of skin difficulties growing up. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to work with such an educated, friendly, and welcoming staff. I currently live in Cottage Grove, which is also where I grew up. I went to Minneapolis Business College where I received my Medical Assistant degree. I worked as a CMA at a Family Practice clinic in Woodbury for 4 1/2 years. At that point I decided to make a change and try something totally different...which is how I decided to come here. In my spare time I enjoy traveling and staying active. I dance competitively at a local dance studio as well as teach. I look forward to helping the needs of the patients here.

I am a RN and Esthetician. I graduated in May 2007 with an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN. I received my nursing degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI. Prior to becoming a RN I worked as a certified medical assistant for 10 years and worked for various clinics throughout the Twin Cities area. I have always had a strong interest and desire to work in the dermatology field and I’m thrilled to be part of such a great team here at Crutchfield Dermatology. I currently live in Menomonie, WI with my husband Nick and cat Chloe. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, new experiences, and camping in the summer. |

I really enjoy working with the wonderful staff here as an Administrative Assistant. Everyone here is fun, friendly and professional. Before coming to Crutchfield Dermatology, I was a patient here and working in the field of Commercial Interior Design at various architectural/design firms. After gaining experience as a designer, I started my own business for Event Design and Interior Design, which I still enjoy on the side with my business partner. My job here gives me a healthy variety of creativity and problem solving. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband Bob, and our Great Dane Rosco. We spend a lot of time with family and friends outdoors going camping, boating, skiing, horseback riding, traveling and watching movies.

A native of Great Falls, MT, I graduated with a B.A. degree in Biology from Carleton College. While at Carleton, I played on the Varsity Tennis team and studied abroad in Australia, New Zealand, and France. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, playing sports, and traveling. I am very thankful for the opportunity to work with this talented group of individuals at Crutchfield Dermatology.

I am very happy to join Crutchfield Dermatology as Director of Finance and Marketing. I have a B.S. from Michigan State in computer software engineering. My experience includes software design for I.B.M., American Express, Loral, Lockheed-Martin, and for the past 7 years at Northwest Airlines was part of the management team that developed the award-winning website and the increasingly popular self-service ticketing kiosks.
In addition to supervising the financial aspects of the practice, I will be involved in the marketing side with the newsletters, assisting Resurrection Media with website improvements, and in charge of developing an e-commerce platform and product line on the Web site.
In my spare time enjoy gardening, reading, traveling and spending time with my children.

I was born and raised in Bloomington and currently live in Minneapolis. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Minnesota and swam for the Gopher’s synchronized swim team. After graduation I worked as a nanny for a wonderful family in Nashville, TN with twin 2 year old girls. After returning to Minnesota, I worked at Regions Hospital on a surgical floor as a nurses’ aid and as a research assistant in the Alzheimer’s ResearchCenter.
In my free time I enjoy swimming, skiing, watching football and riding my motorcycle. My ultimate goal is to attend medical school and pursue a career as a physician. I am very happy to be at Crutchfield Dermatology. I enjoy working with the diverse staff, gaining valuable experience, and helping make a difference for our patients.

After five years of being a patient here, I am so excited join the Crutchfield Dermatology staff! I grew up in Farmington, and graduated from high school in 2008. I am currently a sophomore at the University of St. Thomas, pursuing a degree in chemistry. At St. Thomas, I am a part of the football cheerleading squad, as well as student government, and the dance club. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, dancing, shopping, and going to movies. I will be helping out in phototherapy and the front desk area, and am looking forward to being a part of such a dedicated team here at Crutchfield Dermatology.

Originally from a very small rural town in Wisconsin, I moved to the big Twin Cities about five years ago. I have a 6 year old daughter who is on her way to completing her Kindergarten year. We live in our apartment in East Saint Paul with our two cats. I am currently back in school persuing a Masters degree in Social Work specializing in a field to work with kids. I still have a long way to go. When I have spare time some of my favorite things to do are walking, go camping, boating and jet skiing in the summer and generally just being outside during the warm months. In the winter, I usually stay indoors because it is just too cold. |

clinic. I've just recently moved into Eagan and
am enjoying attending athletic events in the Twin
Cities. While at Carleton I played on the Varsity
Volleyball and Club Women's Hockey teams, and I
also participated in numerous intramural sports.

I am originally from Brownsburg, Indiana but now reside in Eagan. I graduated from Carleton College in June of 2007 with a B.A. in History. I also concentrated in Pre-medical studies and plan on going to medical school in the next year or two. While at Carleton I played varsity volleyball and had the amazing experience of reaching the NCAA tournament with the team. In my spare time I enjoy playing and coaching volleyball, reading, sports, and spending time with my friends and family while I explore the Cities. I am excited about all the opportunities and experiences that await me here at Crutchfield Dermatology, and I look forward to everything I can learn from such a knowledgeable staff.

Outside of Crutchfield Dermatology my favorite way to spend time is with my husband and our families. When I am not with them, I am visiting my friends in my second home town, Madison, Wisconsin, where I earned my B.A. at UW-Madison and lived for 14 years. Traveling, cooking, kick-boxing, karate, and freelance make-up artistry are just a few things that I find very energizing and rewarding, too. Thank you for choosing Crutchfield Dermatology. I grew up in Lakeville and currently live in Farmington with my 7 year old son, Ethan. Any free time I have is spent playing with him or rollerblading. I have a Cosmetology Manager’s license and worked in the field for more than 6 years. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant, and am completing my nursing degree through the College of St. Catherine. Prior to coming to Crutchfield Dermatology I worked in the fields of oncology and in the business office of an outpatient counseling facility. I’ve found through my career that serving people is my passion.

I recently joined Crutchfield Dermatology February 2009. I was a CMA at a pediatric clinic for almost 4 for years and decided I was ready for a change. Dr. Crutchfield and his staff have given me a wonderful welcoming and I am very excited to be here. I attended Globe College to become a Certified Medical Assistant, and then moved on to Inver Hills Community College and received my Associates in Science. I have found throughout the years that I have spent in the medical field that interacting with and helping patients is “my calling”.
In my life outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have an 8 ½ year son who is the center of my life. I also recently became engaged in May of 2008 to someone I consider my best friend too, I am very blessed. We have added a chocolate lab puppy to our family named Tucker who keeps all of us on our toes. I very much enjoy baking, going to the cabin, playing softball, cutting grass, motorcycle riding, and fishing (only in the summer though). I am looking forward to and am thankful for the opportunity to be apart of the team here at Crutchfield Dermatology.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1996 and have experience in various outpatient and public health settings. I began my career at Crutchfield Dermatology in January 2002 when Dr. Crutchfield opened the doors to his solo practice. After having two children, I decided to explore the world of school nursing and spend more time at home with my kids. I missed the challenges and excitement of working in a fast-paced clinic and returned to Crutchfield Dermatology full time in September 2007. I am very happy to be back and am enjoying the opportunity to catch up with patients that I remember fondly from my earlier years here. My free time is spent with my family and friends. I enjoy yoga, reading, baking, and traveling.

Upon graduation, I hope to transfer to the University of Minnesota Medical School, where I can further my studies in medicine. Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery are particular interests of mine, and I hope to someday become a Cosmetic Surgeon myself. In addition to working at Dr. Crutchfield’s office, I also drive a school bus for St. Paul after-school activity routes as well as volunteer for the MN Epilepsy Foundation. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my little guy-Sean), and eating out.

I have recently moved from Northern NJ to Lakeville, to be closer to my family. I have been an Esthetician for 13 years. I originally graduated from Katherine Hinds Institute in Woburn Massachusetts. I love this profession mostly because of all the wonderful people I have the opportunity to meet and build relationships with. I'm looking forward to working with Dr Crutchfield and his wonderful staff. In my free time I shuttle my three teens back and forth to all their activities. I also find time to ride my bike and hike with my dogs.

I am a home-grown Minnesotan girl. I grew up in Apple Valley where I gradated from Eastview High School in 2003. I then Attended the University of Minnesota. While my years at the University of Minnesota, I had the opportunity to be a member and Captain of the Gopher Cheerleading team. I just graduated last spring of 2007 with a BA in Sociology and minor in Psychology. I now continue my passion for cheerleading by coaching at Lakeville North High School. I live for the summer and enjoying that by being outside or on the lake with family and Friends. I love all sports especially the Minnesota Twins, Gophers, Wild and Vikings. I am honored to be joining Crutchfield dermatology as a Registered Nurse. I am a 2003 graduate from North St. Paul high school and in December 2008 I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, from Minnesota State University,Mankato. I’ve worked as a certified nursing assistant for St. John’s hospital for 4 years. Throughout nursing school I completed two nursing internships, one at St. John’s hospital on a post medical surgical floor and the second at St. Joesph’s hospital on a surgical/post anesthesia recovery floor. When I am not working I enjoy reading, playing volleyball, traveling, running and spending time with my family and friends. In the near future, I hope to further my education and pursue my masters in nursing. I not only look forward learning more about dermatology, but also beginning my nursing career with Dr. Crutchfield and his astonishing staff. |

I grew up in a small town in Southeastern Minnesota and moved to the Twin Cities for college. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in December of 2002 with a B.A. in Sociology and concentrations in Criminal Justice and Geographic Information Systems. I joined the team here at Crutchfield Dermatology early in the summer of 2003 and have enjoyed my experiences here immensely. I spend any spare time I have reading, writing, running, and trying to be outside as much as possible (yes, even in the winter!).

I am very excited to return to work at Crutchfield Dermatology. I worked here for 5 years as a medical receptionist and then took a position closer to home for a year. I found that I missed the medical field, my co-workers and the patients. I live in Savage with my husband, Tom. We have three children. Our oldest son, Steven, is married to Kate and they live in Farmington. Our daughter, Suzanne, just graduated from UMD and is working for a pediatric urologist and our son, David, is attending South Central College in Mankato. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my very best friends – my five sisters and their families.

I was born and raised in Livonia, Michigan and moved to Minnesota in July 1994. I graduated from Lakeland Medical Academy in 1995 as a Medical Assistant, becoming certified in January 1996. As a CMA I have 2 years experience in Oncology and 4 years experience in Dermatology. I worked at Minnesota’s largest health insurance company for 7 years as a Business Analyst and Process Improvement Analyst, gaining invaluable experience in Claims and Benefits processing. I am excited to be at Crutchfield Dermatology as the Director of Billing and Office Efficiency and honored to work with such a compassionate and caring group of professionals. I live in Apple Valley with my husband Dan and our son Dominic. I love being a mom and enjoy baking, movies, going to the zoo, and spending time with my family.

As a child I've always had an interest in working in the Medical Field. My Journey started at Healtheast Clinic as a Medical Records Clerk. From there I've learned and grew as an individual, intrigued to learn so much more. Wanting to be more challenged I came to Crutchfield Dermatology. Minnesota has always been my home, though I was born in Thailand. I have two children and two dogs. In my spare time I like to fish, sketch and spend time with my family. I am very happy to part of the Crutchfield team because there are always new and exciting things happening here. It feels great to work in a place where there are always smiling faces and a helping hand to greet you. Before coming to Crutchfield Dermatology I worked as a chiropractic assistant and loss prevention personnel. Working in dermatology is new for me but very fun and interesting!
