I recently am returning to Crutchfield Dermatology to help out in phototherapy and in the front desk area. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Psychology. After pondering whether to further advance my studies in psychology, I have instead decided to go on to graduate school to pursue a career as a Nurse Practioner. I am hoping to resume school in the fall of 2009 somewhere in the midwest. In my spare time I enjoy going to movies, working out, being outside, and traveling. I am excited to be back working with such a friendly staff.

I was pleased to join Crutchfield Dermatology in October 2006.
Dermatology has always interested me with my own experiences of skin difficulties growing up. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to work with such an educated, friendly, and welcoming staff. I currently live in Cottage Grove, which is also where I grew up. I went to Minneapolis Business College where I received my Medical Assistant degree. I worked as a CMA at a Family Practice clinic in Woodbury for 4 1/2 years. At that point I decided to make a change and try something totally different...which is how I decided to come here. In my spare time I enjoy traveling and staying active. I dance competitively at a local dance studio as well as teach. I look forward to helping the needs of the patients here.

I feel so fortunate to work with such wonderful people here at Crutchfield Dermatology. I am originally from Chaska, Minnesota and graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2008. I am currently living in Inver Grove Heights with my husband-to-be, Riley. In my spare time I enjoy baking, going for walks, being creative and playing with my Westie dog, Tally. I love the Minnesota Twins and really enjoy watching them on TV or listening to them on the radio. My family means the world to me - I wouldn't be the person I am today without them! |

I grew up in Monticello and moved up to Duluth where I froze for four years and attended the College of St. Scholastica. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a minor in Biology. I love summer and everything that has to do with summer, except for wrinkles and skin cancer. I enjoy being a nurse and I believe that it shows through the work I do. I am very happy to join Crutchfield Dermatology as Director of Finance and Marketing. I have a B.S. from Michigan State in computer software engineering. My experience includes software design for I.B.M., American Express, Loral, Lockheed-Martin, and for the past 7 years at Northwest Airlines was part of the management team that developed the award-winning website and the increasingly popular self-service ticketing kiosks.
In addition to supervising the financial aspects of the practice, I will be involved in the marketing side with the newsletters, assisting Resurrection Media with website improvements, and in charge of developing an e-commerce platform and product line on the Web site.
In my spare time enjoy gardening, reading, traveling and spending time with my children.

I grew up in Apple Valley before attending college at Loyola University Chicago. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minors in Biology, Spanish Language and Literature; I began an internship in Developmental Psychology at the University of Minnesota. It was at that time that I decided to go back to college to earn a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in May, 2009 and began my career as a nurse at Crutchfield Dermatology in November, 2009. I feel so blessed to work with such an amazing staff and to be part of this wonderful team serving our patients. My husband, Nick and I own a home in Apple Valley, and we like to spend our time together camping, waterskiing, snowboarding, cooking and working out. |

I am honored to work so closely with Dr. Crutchfield and all of the talented and enthusiastic staff here. I have a B.S. from the University of Minnesota in Child Psychology. Prior to joining Crutchfield Dermatology my experience includes Private Banking and Human Resources for a bank in Minnetonka, and working in Finance for Target Corporation. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my husband and son. I also like staying active outdoors by running, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and snowboarding.

After five years of being a patient here, I am so excited join the Crutchfield Dermatology staff! I grew up in Farmington, and graduated from high school in 2008. I am currently a junior at the University of St. Thomas, pursuing a degree in economics. At St. Thomas, I am a part of the football cheerleading squad, as well as student government, and the dance club. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, dancing, shopping, and going to movies. I work as a part of the front desk staff, as well as in phototherapy. I am looking forward to being a part of such a dedicated team here at Crutchfield Dermatology.

I joined Crutchfield Dermatology in April 2010. I grew up in Harvey, ND, a small town in the central part of the state. I attended Jamestown College in ND and graduated with my bachelors in nursing in 2001. Before joining Crutchfield Dermatology I worked on a medical/surgical floor in Fargo for the last nine years. Dermatology is a whole new world for me and I'm excited to learn and expand my knowledge in my nursing career. I am engaged to a great guy named Jake, and we are planning our wedding for December 2010. I enjoy playing and watching sports, especially football. I am originally from Brownsburg, Indiana but now reside in Eagan. I graduated from Carleton College in June of 2007 with a B.A. in History. I also concentrated in Pre-medical studies and plan on going to medical school in the next year or two. While at Carleton I played varsity volleyball and had the amazing experience of reaching the NCAA tournament with the team. In my spare time I enjoy playing and coaching volleyball, reading, sports, and spending time with my friends and family while I explore the Cities. I am excited about all the opportunities and experiences that await me here at Crutchfield Dermatology, and I look forward to everything I can learn from such a knowledgeable staff.

After being a patient at Crutchfield Dermatology since 2006 I'm excited to join the Crutchfield Dermatology nursing staff as an RN in January 2010. I grew up and currently live right in Eagan, where most of my family and friends reside. I attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, where I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Previously I worked as a nurse intern on the Surgical, Trauma, Neurosciences unit at HCMC. In my spare time I love spending time with my fiancé, Steve, who is finally home for good from 2 tours of duty in Iraq. I also enjoy the summertime, boating, reading, and being with friends and family. I'm excited to expand my knowledge into the dermatology field!

I was born in St Paul, where I lived most of my life but I currently live in West St Paul. After graduating high school from Henry Sibley, I started working for GE Commercial Finance. I was there for 5 years before the company was shut down, which is what brought me here! I recently got engaged to my high school boyfriend, Mike. In my free time I enjoy playing softball, reading, going up north, and being with my friends and family. |

Having worked at Crutchfield Dermatology for almost 2 years I realize that I enjoy it more and more each day. I am very fortunate to be able to work with such amazing and energetic co-workers. Dr.Crutchfield keeps us all on our toes with his witty sense of humor and by providing us with many learning opportunities both at the clinic and outside of work.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son Mikey and my family. I enjoy baking, playing softball, running, painting, doing laundry, mowing the lawn and hanging out with friends and most of all I LOVE SPARKLES! I recently purchased a new home in Inver Grove Heights where I also grew up.

I moved to Eau Claire, WI and attended UW-Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Technical College for Nursing. I lived there for about six years and decided it was time to move back. I am currently living in Maplewood and love being back. In my spare time I enjoy rollerblading, volleyball, watching movies, going out to eat, traveling and spending time with friends and family. I am currently attending Hamline University, pursuing a B.A in Spanish and a minor in Math. Upon graduation, I hope to transfer to the University of Minnesota Medical School, where I can further my studies in medicine. Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery are particular interests of mine, and I hope to someday become a Cosmetic Surgeon myself. In addition to working at Dr. Crutchfield’s office, I also drive a school bus for St. Paul after-school activity routes as well as volunteer for the MN Epilepsy Foundation. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my little guy-Sean), and eating out.

I am thrilled to serve as the Administrator of Crutchfield Dermatology. I received a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of MN and a B.A. in International Management from St. John’s University in Collegeville. I have been involved in Healthcare Administration since 1989 and working with Dr. Crutchfield in various capacities since 2001. Over the years, I have worked with many practices in the various stages of startup, management and growth. Crutchfield Dermatology is an exciting practice with which to be involved. When I’m not working, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family.

The world of Art has had my attention since I can remember; I studied at University of Wisconsin (River Falls) as an Art Major and will continue my studies in the interior design industry. Painting has always been my passion; this is what I do on my free time. Having me on the team will hopefully spice things up a bit at Crutchfield making the experience even brighter and more vibrant than it already is.

I am a home-grown Minnesotan girl. I grew up in Apple Valley where I gradated from Eastview High School in 2003. I then Attended the University of Minnesota. While my years at the University of Minnesota, I had the opportunity to be a member and Captain of the Gopher Cheerleading team. I just graduated last spring of 2007 with a BA in Sociology and minor in Psychology. I now continue my passion for cheerleading by coaching at Lakeville North High School. I live for the summer and enjoying that by being outside or on the lake with family and Friends. I love all sports especially the Minnesota Twins, Gophers, Wild and Vikings. I was born and raised in West Saint Paul and graduated from Henry Sibley High School in 2003. I attended the Aveda Institute and received my Cosmetology license in 2005. After I graduated I spent 4 years in the spa industry and have worked with many great people. I also spent a few nights a week cocktail waitressing at Mancini's Char house in St. Paul. I currently live in West Saint Paul with my husband Chris and my 1 year old daughter Taylor. My sister and I are very close and we enjoy shopping, going for walks and watching movies together. In my spare time my husband and I like to camp, fish, do anything outdoors, and spend time with our friends. I like to spend every spare chance I get playing with my daughter. I am a 2003 graduate from North St. Paul high school and in December 2008 I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, from Minnesota State University,Mankato. I’ve worked as a certified nursing assistant for St. John’s hospital for 4 years. Throughout nursing school I completed two nursing internships, one at St. John’s hospital on a post medical surgical floor and the second at St. Joesph’s hospital on a surgical/post anesthesia recovery floor. When I am not working I enjoy reading, playing volleyball, traveling, running and spending time with my family and friends. In the near future, I hope to further my education and pursue my masters in nursing. I grew up in a small town in Southeastern Minnesota and moved to the Twin Cities for college. I joined the team here at Crutchfield Dermatology early in the summer of 2003 and have enjoyed my experiences here immensely. I spend any spare time I have reading, writing, running, and trying to be outside as much as possible (yes, even in the winter!).

I found that I missed the medical field, my co-workers and the patients. I live in Savage with my husband, Tom. We have three children. Our oldest son, Steven, is married to Kate and they live in Farmington. Our daughter, Suzanne, just graduated from UMD and is working for a pediatric urologist and our son, David, is attending South Central College in Mankato. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my very best friends – my five sisters and their families.

I was born and raised in Livonia, Michigan and moved to Minnesota in July 1994. I graduated from Lakeland Medical Academy in 1995 as a Medical Assistant, becoming certified in January 1996. As a CMA I have 2 years experience in Oncology and 4 years experience in Dermatology. I worked at Minnesota’s largest health insurance company for 7 years as a Business Analyst and Process Improvement Analyst, gaining invaluable experience in Claims and Benefits processing. I am excited to be at Crutchfield Dermatology as the Director of Billing and Office Efficiency and honored to work with such a compassionate and caring group of professionals. I live in Apple Valley with my husband Dan and our son Dominic. I love being a mom and enjoy baking, movies, going to the zoo, and spending time with my family.

Minnesota has always been my home, though I was born in Thailand. I have two children and two dogs. In my spare time I like to fish, sketch and spend time with my family. I am very happy to part of the Crutchfield team because there are always new and exciting things happening here. Before coming to Crutchfield Dermatology I worked as a chiropractic assistant and loss prevention personnel. Working in dermatology is new for me but very fun and interesting!
