  • Stay Hydrated- Drink lots of fluids like water and fruit juices. Dehydration can be caused by alcohol and caffeine intake.
  • Use Both Hands- To avoid strains and sprains when reaching in the overhead compartments.
  • Keep Your Skin Moist- Apply a moisturizing cream to your hands and face.
  • Relieve Pressure in the Ears- You can chew gum, suck on bite-sized candies, swallow frequently, or yawn.
  • Avoid Crossing Your Legs- This will enhance your circulation.
  • Breathe Slowly and Deeply- To achieve deeper relaxation.
  • Stretch Regularly
