1lb hamburger
Onion to taste
1 (15oz.) jar of Prego (I like the 3 cheese)
1 (7oz) pkg. of spaghetti noodles (I actually use more like 12 oz).
2 Tablespoons Margarine or Butter
2 well-beaten eggs
1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 sm. Container of 2% cottage cheese (don’t try low fat it just doesn’t work as well!!)
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Brown hamburger with onion. Add Prego and simmer. Cook and drain noodles. Add margarine, eggs, and parmesan cheese to noodles. Put in a buttered pan (8x10…don’t know the exact size though!!). Spread cottage cheese on noodles. Pour hamburger mixture over cottage cheese. Top with shredded mozzarella and a little more parmesan. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover for the last 5-8 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, and then serve!!! |
