1 lb of lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion or 1/8 cup of dried onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup
½ cup of milk
1 can of corn or 2 – 2 1/2 cups frozen corn (I prefer frozen corn)
6-8oz. package of shredded cheese (I usually use co-jack blend)
1 tsp. of salt
¼ tsp. of pepper
½ - ¾ package Tater tots
Brown hamburger and onion. Mix hamburger, cream of chicken soup, milk, corn, salt & pepper together in 9x13 or 8x10 pan. Spread out evenly in pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of hamburger mixture. Place tater tots on top (completely line the entire dish with tater tots. If the cheese is exposed it will get crispy and over done). I usually bake uncover for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees in order to get tater tots crispy. |
