• 2 kool-aid packets = 1 gallon
• so you would need 652 trillion packets of kool-aid and 652 trillion cups of sugar to turn the worlds oceans into kool-aid. Granted the kool-aid would be salty.

Now depending on the flavor, the kool-aid effect and resulting darker color may cause the earth to warm melting the icecaps introducing more water to the oceans so more kool-aid would be required to maintain the proper levels of fruity goodness.
