Ingredients:
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup (or one of each)
1 can milk (use the soup can to measure)
1 lb of chicken
2 bags of Monterey Jack cheese
1 box of spaghetti noodles or angel hair noodles (use about 3/4th of the box)
Optional Ingredients:
1 pack of fresh mushrooms
Bell pepper, orange peppers, or any type of peppers
1 cup of onions
1-2 cloves of garlic or garlic salt
Get two different pots. Boil water and add chicken in one, cook until done. Boil water and add noodles in the other, cook to tender. Dice chicken into small pieces. Mix together chicken, noodles, soup, milk and any other ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle one bag of cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or when cheese is golden brown/ bubbling. Enjoy!
