Ingredients:
I small block of Velveeta cheese (or ½ a block of the large box)
¼- ½ c. milk
1 medium size can chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot – you pick)
1 pound ground beef
1 box medium shell pasta
Pepper for taste

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, brown the ground beef   
2. At the same time, boil water in a large pot.  Once boiling, put pasta in to cook.
3. Cut up Velveeta cheese into small cubes (the smaller the better)
4. Once the pasta is done, strain pasta
5. Layer pasta, ground beef, cubes of Velveeta cheese back into large pot (makes melting cheese and mixing easier)
6. Stir pasta, ground beef and cheese over low heat until cheese is fully melted
7. Add in milk (add as much as you want for desired thickness)
8. Add in salsa and stir till fully mixed.  Pasta should be an orange-red color
9. Add pepper for taste
10. Remove from heat and enjoy!
