We use lasers to treat a variety of skin conditions including port wine stain birthmarks, unwanted facial veins, facial redness, wrinkles, warts, unwanted hair. Several of these treatments may be covered by insurance. Prices, if not covered by insurance, start at $75.00 for a test spot and go up from there. Some conditions may require more than one treatment and this will be discussed during a consultation. Consultations are $75.00 and will be applied to your first laser treatment. Because skin conditions can vary widely, we require a consultation to discuss the appropriateness of laser therapy for you and to review any other treatment options. We will also be able to discuss with you insurance coverage and provide you with exact pricing during your consultation. Dr. Crutchfield is a board certified dermatologist and a graduate of the Mayo Clinic Medical School. He is a skilled laser surgeon who has performed over 5,000 laser surgeries.

Treatment Performance
Dr. Crutchfield performs all Botox Cosmetic and Restylane/Perlane and Juvederm treatments personally. For other cosmetic treatments, such as Pixel laser treatments, Lipodissolve Ultra, AFT light treatments, he may provide a combined treatment with his highly trained staff or have a skilled staff member perform the treatment(s)completely.
