5 Things To Do For Acne Prone Skin
1. Avoid Touching Your Face
Touching your face can spread bacteria. To keep bacteria at bay, wash your hands before you wash your face, and basically before you apply anything to your face, like make-up or moisturizers.
2. Wash Your Face
Use a mild soap with warm (rather than hot) water. It’s not recommended to do this more than twice a day as over washing can irritate your skin.
3. Don’t Pop Pimples
It’s hard to resist. But you shouldn’t as it can push the infected materials into your skin causing more swelling and even scarring.
4. Remove MakeUp Before Bed
Make sure too, that your makeup is “noncomedogenic.”
