I always enjoy my clinic visits with Dr Crutchfield. His diagnosis are always precise and is willing to try anumber of treatments that are effective as well as affordable. Having been diagnosed with sebhorreic dermatitis, he managed to set me up with a regimen to successfully keep it at bay. Dr. Crutchfield is highly recommended.
Dr. Crutchfield is always on point, very quick and the few times I’ve visited with him; things have always worked out.

My daughter has been seen by Dr. Crutchfield for the past year for treatment of Trichtotillimania. She has pulled out eyelashes and her eyebrows. Dr. Crutchfield gave my daughter several injections to start re-growth of her hair. My daughter states the injections barely hurt to get by Dr. Crutchfield. I have found Dr. Crutchfield and his staff to be very knowledgeable and skilled in dealing with condition. Good comprehensive treatment and very approachable. Good at discussing treatment options and very good with a teenage girl in talking and explaining things to her in a non-threatening and non-judgemental manner. I have not found another derm around to treat this disorder and give the injections in Iowa or Minnesota to a teenager.

I came to Dr. Crutchfield in tears because I was so unhappy with my new onset acne at the age of 25! He helped me customize a plan and always made sure I understood if something didn’t work, we have options! Almost two years later, I can’t believe how much my skin has changed in those years. I have been seen for severe acne scarring this past year. I am in my mid 40’s and want better skin. I have overall been pleased with Dr. Crutchfield and his staff. I have had saline injections and a pixel and a selphyl treatment. I feel confident that Dr. Crutchfield and his staff are some of the best around and I came to the right place as a good start to the road to better skin. I had alopecia since 2004, back in Texas I saw several dermatology doctors and they didn’t have a treatment for it, I then moved to Minnesota in 2007 and I saw 2 or 3 more doctors. I can’t believe how good my legs and arms look! My legs have been red, scaly embarrassing for years. I have tried a variety of medications but after a while I gave up. Dr. Crutchfield said he would help me clear up my psoriasis- AND HE DID! I am no longer embarrassed to wear a dress or shorts. I can even contemplate wearing a swimsuit. Seeing is believing- my legs are clear, soft, amazing. Give him a try. You won’t be disappointed. Now… if he could just remove my extra 30 pounds.

I had a bunch of crazy itchy bug bites on my legs that would not go away. We tried a couple creams and ointments that did not work but then tried a combo of shots, pills, and a different ointment. It worked and the bites went away. Hallelujah! Thank you Doctor Crutchfield!

One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Crutchfield is his virtue of honesty. He is a doctor who will say “no” to patients when in his expert opinion decides they don’t need certain procedures. I believe with 100% assertiveness that making money, becoming renounced is not Dr. Crutchfield’s primary goal with his clinic. It is the end point of helping patients and impacting his life positively that made him the best doctor in the practice, from a fellow healthcare colleague.

I have been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis since 1990. I had moderate to extreme Psoriasis on my arms, legs, hands, back and scalp. When I first saw Dr. Crutchfield in January 2011, within 1 month after treatment, the majority of the Psoriasis was gone and within 6 months it was all gone. I have had no outbreaks since then.

I visited Dr. Crutchfield’s office with severe inflammation of the scalp and face. No amount of constant shampooing could eliminate embarrassing smell that continued to dominate my scalp. I was simply miserable, to say the least. To my worry this spilled into my face. For a woman this was beyond horrifying! But a one-time prescription of Cuticort Scalp Oil and Diprolene did the magic. Three weeks later, I was enjoying a healthy scalp. I was simply amazed at the wonderful transformation. My many congratulations to Dr. Crutchfield – he has one more happy patient!

I was referred to Dr. Crutchfield after a very severe deep rash\burn on both legs which was a mystery as to the cause and appropriate treatment. Dr. Crutchfield was able to identify the disorder almost immediately and was confirmed through biopsies press. I spent 16 days in the hospital and Dr. Crutchfield worked with the hospital staff inappropriate treatment course. I am on the road to a very slow, but steady recovery with many thanks to Dr. Crutchfield.

Accutane has changed my skin completely. I use to have acne and very oily skin. After a couple weeks of being on Accutane the oil started to go away which was one of my main issues. Now three months later my skin is so smooth, no acne, and NO oil. It looks so fresh and when I wash my face it just feels soft and acne-free.

Fast and effective
My acne treatment for my face and back worked very well. I was very impressed with the fast and effective improvement. I would recommend Crutchfield dermatology to anybody I know with acne.

THE REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE HE KNEW SO MUCH ABOUT MY RARE SKIN CONDITION AND KNEW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO COME AT ME WITH WHAT IS WRONG AND MADE ME FEEL ALOT BETTER ABOUT MY CONDITION ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO LIVE WITH IT BEORE HIM.
