|
A 61 year old man was noted to have multiple keratotic papules on his hands and feet on routine skin examination. He reported they had “been there for years” and his father had the same condition. He stated that they really did not bother him too much. He said a couple of times per year he soaked his feet and smoothed them down with a pumice stone. He was being treated for hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
