Diagnosis: Accessory Nipple (also called supernumerary nipples, polythelia, SN, polymastia, extra nipples)

She actually had a smaller accessory nipple on her left chest, too. In this particular case, some associated breast tissue also developed under the nipple, producing a smaller, 2nd breast-like area, as shown in the picture. The area bothered her to the point where she reported "never wearing any clothing that exposed the area, including some bathing suits, certain shirts/tops and sun dresses". The area was corrected with plastic surgery to her complete satisfaction.
